They helped me close on a new house in less than a month. There were a couple last-minute seller issues but they were still able to get things completed & cleared up. Andrea was very responsive and helpful. Patrick was great too and explained everything well during closing. My only suggestion would be a "welcome" email when first starting the process (for me this was dropping off the earnest payment). As a first-time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect, how long things take, or what the next steps were. Even a pre-set stock email outlining the process would be helpful.
